Graham Tennant is the controller of any personal information collected through this website. Contact is through the enquiry form on the home page.
What is collected and why
This website collects personal information only when you choose to submit the enquiry form: your name, email address, the outlet or show you represent, the type of request and the content of your message. It is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange any interview, appearance or commentary that follows from it. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely responding to a request you have made. It is not sold, is not shared with third parties for marketing, and is not added to any mailing list.
How it is processed
Form submissions are handled by a third party form service acting as a processor under written terms, which delivers each enquiry by email. Anti spam checks run on submission. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address and browser type in server logs for security and performance.
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors across other websites.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of the personal information held about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern, use the enquiry form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
